Our Education Outreach program is designed to present the public with preventative health modalities rooted in Traditional Oriental Medicine (TOM). We believe that the Three Pillars of Health; Movement, Meditation, and Nutrition, are are essential building blocks for leading a healthy life, and they introduce the importance of a connection with self and nature. By teaching these Pillars through classes and workshops, our goal is to promote wellness through education.
